Today’s the day for Orta’s maiden voyage.
The November sun, making everything on the water extra beautiful, will look upon us for this first voyage. It’s 9:45 when we pass through the lock to exit the Marina. One last wave for the port Captain because the Orta will move to her homeport: Rupelmonde. We follow the Scheldt downstream to discover the area around the port of Antwerp and to test the XO260 C. The driving qualities of the XO exceed our expectations, what a delight.
